Your rent is our top priority. We run a revenue - generating business, and paying you on time is a part of how we operate. In addition to our business signing the lease, we personally guarantee payment - because your trust matters, and we plan to be the last tenant you'll ever need.
Not at all. You receive the full rent amount we agree on - no cuts, no percentages. We earn by charging guest a premium for shorter stays and simply collect the remainder over your requested rent.
With your permission we install a Wi-Fi-enabled exterior camera to help monitor those who enters and exits the property. This helps ensure a guest isn't accompanied by any unauthorized individuals.
Each booking starts with ID checks and background screening through the platforms we use. We personally review every guest request, ask about the purpose of their stay, and make sure it aligns with the kind of experience we want to create. We're selective because keeping things safe and respectful matters - not just for your peace of mind, but for ours, too.
Most of our guests are working professionals or travelers who stay anywhere from a few days to a few months. It depends on the season and their reason for visiting. Many are remote workers or contractors who need a place for 2-3 months at a time.
Yes - we use trusted booking platforms like Airbnb, VRBO, Furnished Finder, and others as tools to reach then right guests. These platforms simply help connect us with professionals, traveling workers, and guests who are a good fit for the space.
Every guest still goes through our screening process before being approved to stay. We're thoughtful about who we welcome.
We completely understand this concern - and we take it seriously. While parties are highly uncommon, we do everything we can to prevent them. With your permission, we install discreet noise sensors that alert us if volume goes beyond normal activity. if anything seems off, our team acts quickly to check in and address the situation.
Thankfully, situations like this are very rare.
